Associate Professor at the National Research University Higher School of Economics (NRU HSE).

Having worked at the NRU HSE for over twenty years, M. Predvoditeleva teaches course “Service Management” and conducts a research seminar "Current Problems of Management in Hospitality and Tourism".

The author of scientific publications in Russian and English indexed by Web of Science and Scopus.

As a researcher, regularly participates in Russian and international high-level conferences on hospitality and tourism, not only as a speaker, but also as a section chair, moderator of roundtable, and a member of the program committee.

Among these conferences are the annual EIASM International Conference on Tourism Management and Related Issues; ENTER conference held by the International Federation for Information Technology and Travel and Tourism (IFITT) and the April International Academic Conference on Economic and Social Development held by the NRU HSE with the support of the World Bank.

Marina’s most recent project is training programs for hospitality managers.

Practice-oriented programs are designed by leading HSE lecturers and business experts. Possible areas of study include Digital Marketing in hospitality, HRM in hospitality, etc., with possible duration from three days (advanced training) to one year (retraining program) or two years (MBA).
