Elena is an international expert in the field of spa, wellness coach, business coach, psychologist.
She graduated from the Maurice Thorez Moscow State Pedagogical Institute of Foreign Languages, majoring in Teacher of Foreign Languages.
Elena is a brilliant illustration that one needs to study all his life. She continuously expanded her professional activities and competencies by attending the University of Marxism-Leninism (Social Psychology), the School of Aesthetic Cosmetology, the Institute for Advanced Training of Consulting Psychologists, the Business Incubator for Coaches (USA), and the distance education of wellness coaching (Australia).
Elena successfully combines business with teaching, scientific and social activities. In 1998 Elena founded the First Russian Women's Wellness Club and SPA Rara Avis, in 2000 she opened the School of Therapeutic and Aesthetic Cosmetology, and since 2002 she has been engaged in consulting of Russian Spa projects.
Here are just some examples from the teaching and professional activities of Elena: teaching at the Foreign Languages Department of Peoples’ Friendship University of Russia, author courses "Spa etiquette", "Spa business from A to Z", teaching in the State University of Management Program "Management in the Beauty and Health Industry"; organization of Wellness Pro Forum 2007-2010, Conference "Clean Life"-2011, holding the conference "Alternative medicine for spa and wellness" 2011; speeches at such forums, congresses and conferences as the Spa Institute (Intercharm, Moscow), the International Fitness Convention MIOFF, Daily Beauty (Moscow), Mondiale Spa & Beaute (France), the Global Spa and Wellness Summit (Switzerland, USA) . And there are much more of them!
Elena has written a number of significant works in the spheres of Spa and Wellness: the book "Spa - mania - the diagnosis of the century", the phrasebook "Do You Speak Spa?", the methodical book "Psychology in the Spa", the encyclopedia Spa and Wellness in 3 volumes (author) 2014-2016, numerous works in the journals Les Nouvelles Esthetiques, Cabines Internationales, Kosmetik International, The Empire of Beauty and Health, NESS, Women's Health, Doctor Travel and others.
Among other things, Elena is co-founder and chairman of the jury of the International PERFECT SPA Award, a member of the International Spa Association (ISPA), a member of the Guild of Professional Psychologists, Judge at World Spa and Wellness Award, an Ambassador of Global Wellness Day in Russia, a member of the international working group Spa Management Certification Task Force, coordinator of Global Mentorship Program in Russia, Ambassador of Global Wellness Day in Russia and the CIS. And now Elena is also a member of the jury of Russian Hospitality Awards 2017!
